Sound strange, but if you want to lose weight, should eat more often.Medical experts report people who eat more often with smaller portions in english the technical term is nibbling more easily in lower body weight than gorging(rarely eat in portion of more)

This was first discovered by david Jenkins,MD,Phd, from university of Toronto. in research publish in 1989 reported that people who eat more often tend to decrease weight. even the experts dont have any explanation 100% sure about this phenomenon.
